More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this recent image release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend identifying distinct sections of the land.

Accompanying this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
